A: We want you to be 100% happy with your magical finds! Here is how we handle cancellations and returns:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • You can request a full refund at any time while your order is being processed (usually within 1 business days).

  • Cut-off Point: Once your order has been shipped or a Tracking Number has been generated, we can no longer accept cancellations.

  • Please Note: Any transaction fees or processing charges applied by the bank or credit card issuer are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

2. Returns (After Delivery)

  • Hygiene First: Due to sanitary reasons and the intimate nature of jewelry, we DO NOT accept returns for non-defective items once they are delivered. We want to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched piece.

  • Final Sale: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after the item ships.

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please don't worry! 🥺

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I will arrange a free replacement for you immediately. (No need to return the broken one).
